Catalyst for synthesizing urea formaldehyde resin. In the production of azo dyes, it is used as a wax remover, electrochemical polishing agent, asphalt emulsifier, etchant, sulfonation agent, high-efficiency bleaching agent, flame retardant, softener, resin crosslinking promoter, and herbicide in the dye medicine and pigment industry. It is used as the reference reagent for acid-base titration in analytical chemistry.
